If you have zero experience as a teacher, this is the job for you. We provide full, intensive, rigorous training over a two week period that prepares you to be unleashed on your students. If you do have some experience as an English teacher this may be the job for you too – again, full training in our style will be available to you.

A common question is «What is your methodology? Is it the communicative approach? Is it the audio-lingual approach?» The methodology, from our point of view, isn’t the most important element. The most important element is the teacher; just like the most important thing about Picasso, Martina Navratilova and Jimi Hendrix were their human qualities; not the type of guitar or piano or tennis racket.

We look for outstanding motivators, coaches and mentors capable of having their students fall in love with the English language. Our 300 teachers come from a wide variety of backgrounds and nationalities: from lawyers to firemen to helicopter pilots to musicians; from the Atacama Desert to the hills of Donegal and the foothills of the Ural mountains.
