About the role

  • Our Mechanical Maintenance and Reliability team, made up of 40 people, is integrated into the Technical Services Unit and focuses on the repair/reliability of mechanical equipment in collaboration with the other maintenance teams of the plant.
  • As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be in charge of the mechanical maintenance work of the plant, ensuring its safety, performance, quality, and costs.
  • You will be accountable for
    • Manage your team and contractors to achieve the plant’s HSE objectives.
    • Elaborate and propose reliability improvement and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
    • Autonomously evaluate and diagnose failure causes and propose adequate solutions; leading the process of problem solution sessions, RCA, FMEA, and Criticality analysis.
    • Manage the main maintenance contracts of the plant regarding safety, operation, and performance.
    • Actively contribute to controlling the plant’s fixed costs and spare part management.
    • Collaborate and interact with the site engineering department for new projects and lead autonomously small engineering modifications (reverse engineering).
    • Collaborate and interact with site production teams to manage our maintenance plan.
    • Active following the GMP and HACCP in the food and pharmaceutical industry.
  • We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Mechanical or Reliability Maintenance in process industries or maintenance subcontractors.
  • Competencies
    • Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
    • Knowledge of CMMS/SAP Systems, Microsoft tools, Gmail and Google Apps
    • Predictive maintenance techniques knowledge

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 41,000.00 € to 62,000.00 €, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and other incentives.
