Eville and Jones currently employs over 400 veterinarians working in licensed fresh meat premises throughout Great Britain. We are now looking for full time/part time Official Veterinary Surgeons with a minimum of one years experience for vacancies throughout England. However, if you are currently not involved in meat hygiene industry and have an interest in this field, we offer the necessary training. Your duties will include all aspects of slaughterhouse, cutting room and cold store official control.
