Position summary
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering world class service to our Customers and our partners. They provide a high degree of expertise and professionalism, interacting with Yahoo Customers via email or phone. Through problem identification, troubleshooting, education and resolution, the Specialist will be required to provide innovative and exceptional Customer experience.
