Funciones:
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Provide Factory Manager and the management team with relevant financial data and recommendations to support the control of the business and the decision-making process.
- Implementing in the factory tight budgetary control over spending, monthly financial statements (P&L and balance sheet) and KPIs of factories.
- Communication of monthly financial results.
- Driving the factory to the targeted performance.
- Ensure instructions of Finance manual and Legal requirement are followed.
- Review, prepare and co-ordinate capital investments.
- In cooperation with Group Finance, Manufacturing Finance develop, implement and maintain transfer costs, factory P&Ls, KPIs and financial reporting according to group standards.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Develop his team.

Requisitos:
- Degree in Economics and Business Administration or similar. MBA or Máster is a plus.
- Significant finance and controlling experience (minimum 5 years) ideally gained in a manufacturing/production environment in international companies.
- Strong English language skills. French will be a plus.
