Responsibilities:
- Create a world-class sales team that scales
- Operate at a strategic level to help build the Spanish market, and at a tactical level to support a fast growing Sales team
- Build for the future while hitting quarterly sales targets
- Proven track record dealing with media agencies and developing direct clients
- Recruit the right people and provide visionary leadership
- Manage a high performance team of Account Managers and Account Executives
- Drive performance through pipeline management and strong client relationships
- Help advertisers build and execute effective campaigns and measure results
- Vertical experience is a plus – particularly in retail, technology, travel, entertainment
Requirements:
- 8 years with 3-5 Management experience specifically managing Sales teams
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated career success to date
- Experience managing large teams and high volume sales
- Passion for Twitter and technology
- Sense of humour – it’s going to be a wild ride!
- Experience of working in digital media environment is a plus
